New guide to online services

Our Patient Participation Group (PPG) has produced some helpful guides to help you get started on Patient Access. The system enables you to access your medical records, make an appointment or request a prescription directly through a secure online account. To view the guides click here...

Useful Information

If you move, please let us know your new address and telephone number. We will continue your care unless you move outside our practice area.

Disabled Access is via the front entrance. There is good wheelchair access on the ground floor and facilities include a disabled toilet. If you need help with access, ring the door bell at the patients’ entrance and a receptionist will come to your aid. If you have any problem accessing any of our services, please mention it to the receptionist, who will usually be able to offer a solution.
